Our New Triple Threat Cardio Strength Training Class
There is no time like the present to make Fit Happen with our new
Triple Threat Class. We offer Cardio, strength, and core training in twenty minute segments designed to help you get the most out of your workout in the least amount of time.
This class is designed to strengthen the cardiovascular system, tone muscles, and boost balance
flexibility, endurance and speed. We use dumbbells, kettle bells, elevated benches and other equipment to help you reach your goals. Exercises can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels. Camp will meet Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 5:30 -6:30 AM with optional cardio Sundays from 6:30-7:30

• Weather Appropriate Clothing
• Water

• Everyone shows up at 5:25AM and be ready to start at 5:30AM
