
Our Fitness Kickboxing classes are for all fitness levels. If you have never tried it, you should. It is the most amazing workout you will ever experience. One of my favorite compliments came from a long time marathon runner and triathlete after class one day. He said, “I have run, biked, and swam thousands of miles, competed in hundreds of races, and have never had my butt handed to me like this class just did”.
Fitness kickboxing is all about core work and stamina. We will teach you how to wrap your hands and throw proper punches and kicks so you can learn the correct way and don’t hurt yourself. With 5 different trainers, you will never experience the same class twice. Our instructors come from many different backgrounds and are all very professional in their training. Some are more technical in class, while others are more fast paced and intense with nonstop pressure to go, go, go. If you are a seasoned athlete, this will only make you better. If you are a novice, you will learn technique. If you are just starting a fitness routine, come try it out, you will be hooked! It is so much fun, you will sometimes forget how much work you are actually doing.
